Ifasola Elesije

Dr. Amodaju, the Fitness Guru

Alaafia (Hello)! I’m Ifasola Elesije, better known as Dr. Amodaju, the Fitness Guru. With more than 25 years in the insurance industry and a lifelong commitment to health, fitness, discipline, and personal transformation, I created Amodaju: Fitness Mind, Body & Soul.

I hold an MBA in Marketing and a BA in Business Management, and I proudly served 10 years in the military. After sustaining two back injuries during service, I faced significant physical and mental health challenges, including depression. Through focus, discipline, consistency, and a positive mindset, I transformed my health and lost 80 pounds.

That journey taught me that fitness is about far more than appearance. It strengthens the mind, body, and soul. My approach is to share what to do, explain how to do it, and provide the inspiration to get it done.

A proud Memphis, Tennessee native, husband, and father of two boys, I am committed to helping people of every age and background believe transformation is possible. Stay motivated. Be consistent. Create positive energy.

Amodaju is more than fitness. It’s a lifestyle. Fitness Mind. Body. Soul.
